"The portrait was amazing!!!  Rich's family was overjoyed as were the rest of us who came to know him.  The quality of the work you did was second to none.  Thank you for taking the time and putting forth the obvious effort to complete the day for us and provide us with something very special."
Sincerely, Jamie Hart

"Not a day goes by that I do not look at, and enjoy this portrait. This was a once in a life time expense that I would endure, and have found it to be worth every penny spent. There is not a single picture hanging in my house that I enjoy as much as I do this one. Again, after a year of enjoyment, I want to thank you for a wonderful family keep sake."
Sincerely,
Denise C. Canter

"We can not tell you how much we LOVE the portraits of Madison!  As you said, they are more beautiful in person.  Thank you for helping us to make this a most special Christmas gift and hopefully, we will have several more in the near future to order. You are the BEST deal around...that's for sure and you make it so easy. Thanks again, Jerry.  Merry Christmas to you and yours."
Judy Martelli

"I do not have enough adjectives in my vocabulary to tell you how wonderful, fabulous, perfect the portrait of our kids is.  I do not recall ever being so moved and crying so much for joy. Thank you for helping make this a fabulous fifty for me."
Sincerely, Amy Makson

Master's-Level Oil Paintings On Canvas. . .
At Crayon Prices

Top-quality custom painted artwork can be very expensive. Using the new medium of TruPaint™, the level of creative expression has risen to extraordinary heights - even while the costs of ownership have been dramatically reduced. OK, maybe "crayon prices" are a bit melodramatic, but compared with traditional methods, these oil paintings on canvas are incredibly affordable.

The photo shown above was used as the basis for the painted portrait at the right.  It's a 36X44 on canvas of Dr. Bernard Amos, Professor Emeritus, Dept. of Immunology, Duke University .

This painting was made in honor of Dr. Amos' 80th birthday, and to honor his service in the field of immunology.  The challenge was to paint him looking 25 years younger.  However, there were no good photographs (other than B&W) from that era.  I decided to photograph him at 80 and use the B&W photographs as a guide to the details.  This portrait won raves by all of his colleagues.  His portrait now hangs in a lecture hall alongside three of his predecessors - paintings which cost many times what was paid for this portrait.

I'm passionate about creating artwork that truly inspires the people who view it. And I'm just as passionate about teaching TruPaint to other artists. The comment that I consistently get from them is that it has been "life transforming." I hope I can have that effect on you.

Sincerely,

Jerry Schuster
