"The
portrait was amazing!!! Rich's family was overjoyed as were the rest of us
who came to know him. The quality of the work you did was second to none.
Thank you for taking the time and putting forth the obvious effort to complete
the day for us and provide us with something very special."
"Not a
day goes by that I do not look at, and enjoy this portrait. This was a once in a
life time expense that I would endure, and have found it to be worth every penny
spent. There is not a single picture hanging in my house that I enjoy as much as
I do this one. Again, after a year of enjoyment, I want to thank you for a
wonderful family keep sake."
"We can
not tell you how much we LOVE the portraits of Madison! As you said, they
are more beautiful in person. Thank you for helping us to make this a most
special Christmas gift and hopefully, we will have several more in the near
future to order. You are the BEST deal around...that's for sure and you make it
so easy. Thanks again, Jerry. Merry Christmas to you and yours."
"I do
not have enough adjectives in my vocabulary to tell you how wonderful, fabulous,
perfect the portrait of our kids is. I do not recall ever being so moved
and crying so much for joy. Thank you for helping make this a fabulous fifty for
me." |
Sam Kelloway
Artist: Sam Kelloway
Sam has spent the last 15 years painting the imposing landscapes and quaint homes of his native Newfoundland. His desire to gravitate more to portraits brought him to the TruPaint Artist Training Course to hone his skills. Like many artists, he's seeking to make the move from art as a part-time endeavor to a full-time, full-fledged career. His many years of working at capturing the details of the local scene will be translated into equally detailed portraits. While Sam is entirely self taught, his techniques clearly display his understanding of composition, color, and detail. All of Newfoundland is Sam's territory and he'll be traveling the province painting the people, animals, and scenery of that magnificent territory.
